Welcome to iCover (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is operated by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance, while other changes take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

iCover is an intelligent cover generation tool that provides the following services: AI Cover Generation: Using artificial intelligence technology to generate cover images based on uploaded materials; Template Library: Providing various preset templates for users; Asset Library: Users can upload and manage their own materials (subject images); Project Management: Create, edit, and manage design projects. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, with or without prior notice.

3.1 Registration Requirements: Creating an account is required to use certain features. You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to register. 3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account credentials (passwords, etc.) and all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use. 3.3 Information Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Please update promptly if information changes.

4.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in the following activities: using automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers, etc.) to access the service; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain service source code; interfering with or disrupting normal service operation; uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code; unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems; using the service for any illegal purpose; infringing on others' intellectual property rights or privacy; impersonating others or providing false information; engaging in any activity that may damage our reputation. 4.2 Content Restrictions: You may not upload the following content: content that infringes on others' copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; pornographic, violent, hateful, or other illegal content; files containing malicious code or spyware; any content that violates applicable laws.

5.1 Service Intellectual Property: All content, features, interface designs, code, and trademarks of this service are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited. 5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of materials (images, text, etc.) you upload. You grant us a limited license solely for providing and improving the service. 5.3 Generated Content: You have the right to use cover images generated using this service for personal or commercial purposes. However, the intellectual property rights of AI models and technology used in the generation process belong to us or relevant technology providers.

6.1 Subscription Plans: We offer free and paid subscription plans: Free Plan: Limited features and storage space; Paid Plans: Different levels of features and quotas based on selected package. 6.2 Credit System: Credits are virtual units used to exchange for generation times or other services; Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded; Credits are allocated by subscription cycle and may have expiration limits; Credits are for personal use by the account holder only. 6.3 Payment Methods: We support credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods. All paid subscriptions automatically renew by default. 6.4 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices and features. Significant price changes will be notified to existing subscribers 30 days in advance. 6.5 Plan Changes: Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, prorated billing; Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of current billing cycle; Cancellation: Can be canceled anytime in account settings, service continues until end of current cycle. 6.6 Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. 7.1 Service Provided "As Is": We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. 7.2 AI-Generated Content: AI-generated results may not be perfect, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content. Users should review generated content themselves. 7.3 Third-Party Services: The service may rely on third-party services (such as payment processing, cloud storage), and we assume no responsibility for third-party service issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for using the Service in the past 12 months.

9.1 User Termination: You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. 9.2 Our Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. 9.3 After Termination: After termination, you will not be able to access your account and related data. We may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
