Account
How do I create an account?
You can register using your email or Google account. After successful registration, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" button on the login page. Enter your registered email to receive a reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours, please complete the password reset in time.
How do I change my email address?
Currently, we don't support self-service email change. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with the change.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at [email protected] using your registered email. We will process your request within 7 business days. Once deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Product Usage
What features does iCover offer?
iCover provides AI-powered cover creation features, including Smart Create, Template Parse, Elements Library, etc. You can use the browser extension to extract covers from YouTube, Bilibili, or Xiaohongshu videos.
How do I use the browser extension?
1. Install iCover extension from Chrome Web Store; 2. Click iCover icon in browser toolbar; 3. Choose to upload an image, enter a link, or parse a YouTube cover to start creating.
How do I upload and manage elements?
Click "Elements" tab in Studio to upload image elements. Elements are saved permanently and can be used anytime in your creations.
What are credits? How do I get them?
Credits are the currency for using AI features. You get free credits after registration. You can purchase credit packages in the Credits Center, or subscribe to a membership which grants monthly credits automatically.
Can I use multiple elements at once?
Yes, you can use multiple elements in one cover design. During smart creation, you can upload or select multiple elements, and AI will intelligently combine them based on your description.
How do I save and download my works?
On the personal works page, there is a batch download button to download selected works in bulk. View exported zip file addresses in export history and click to download.

Billing & Payment
What pricing plans are available?
We offer Basic and Pro credit plans. Basic plan includes 100 credits per month for light usage; Pro plan includes 1000 credits per month for professional creators. Please check the pricing page for specific prices.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are permanent and never expire. Monthly granted credits also remain in your account and are not cleared. You can use them with confidence.
How do I view credit usage history?
Click "My Credits" in Studio to view your current credit balance and detailed usage history, including time, feature, and credits consumed for each usage.
Can I get a refund?
Currently, we don't support refunds. We recommend trying with free credits first to confirm it meets your needs before purchasing. For questions, please contact [email protected]
Can credits be transferred?
Credits can only be used by the purchasing account and cannot be transferred or gifted between different accounts. Please ensure you purchase and use credits with your own account.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods. The available payment methods depend on your region.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is not supported at the moment. It will automatically cancel when your billing cycle ends.
Technical Issues
What image formats are supported?
We support common image formats like JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, etc. We recommend using JPG or PNG for best results.
What if generation fails?
If generation fails, first check if your network connection is stable. No credits are deducted for failed generations, you can retry. If the problem persists, please contact us via feedback.
What if the extension doesn't work?
Please ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome browser and have iCover extension properly installed. If issues persist, try disabling other extensions or clearing browser cache.
Where are my works saved?
All your works are automatically saved in the cloud. You can view and manage all historical works in the "Projects" tab in Studio.
Which browsers are supported?
Currently, our browser extension only supports Chrome browser (including Chromium-based browsers like Edge, Brave, etc.). We recommend using the latest version of Chrome for the best experience.
What is the size of generated images?
We support various common cover sizes, including 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 1:1. You can choose the appropriate aspect ratio when creating.
How to improve generation quality?
1. Provide clear and detailed descriptions; 2. Use high-quality element images; 3. Try different prompt combinations; 4. Use the fine-tune feature to adjust details.
